- A medium Sized suitcase (to be stored under the bus)
- A backpack (Carry on the bus)

- Anything Prohibited by your Schools Handbook or the Law
*Bringing prohibited items could result in disciplinary action and require the traveler to come home at the parent/Guardian's expense*
All Prescription medication must be submitted to your school's trip leader with specific directions for Administration/Dosage. Medication should be in original packaging. All Medication should be listed on the medical release form through the school.
Students are responsible for their own belongings. Neither your school or Georgia Center for Civic Engagement are responsible for lost or damaged items.

Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the trip will
receive a 75% refund of the amount paid, excluding the nonrefundable deposit. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the trip are not eligible for a refund. If the school cancels the trip or the
trip does not meet the minimum number of participants; all participants will receive a full refund minus a $50 per-person non-refundable fee. This
fee covers costs and services incurred in planning the
trip.
